These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of iNatalis, a digital astrology reading service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

*1. What iNatalis provides

iNatalis prepares a personalised natal chart reading and twelve-month forecast from the birth details you provide. The reading is delivered as a private web page and a downloadable PDF.

*2. Eligibility and accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a reading. You are responsible for entering accurate birth details. If the date, time, or place is wrong, the reading may not reflect the chart you intended to submit.

*3. Price and payment

A reading costs EUR 19, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payment is a one-time purchase, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Stripe processes the payment infrastructure, but [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]remains responsible for the sale, support, refunds, taxes, and customer relationship unless a different merchant-of-record arrangement is introduced later.

*4. Delivery

Readings are generated digitally after you submit birth details and complete payment. Delivery normally takes a few minutes, but may take longer if generation providers, geocoding providers, email delivery, or hosting infrastructure are temporarily delayed.

*5. Refunds and cancellations

Because readings are personalised digital content, the normal cooling-off right for distance purchases may end once you request immediate digital delivery and the reading generation begins, where the law allows this. We still review fair refund requests, especially for failed delivery, duplicate payment, or a technical fault.

iNatalis is for personal insight, reflection, and enjoyment. A reading is interpretive content. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, career, relationship, or other professional advice.

*7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or resell it, copy another person's data without permission, or use it in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

*8. Intellectual property

You may keep, download, print, and privately share the reading prepared for you. The iNatalis service, brand, software, design, prompts, templates, and non-user content remain owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused except where law allows.

*9. Availability

We aim to keep iNatalis available, secure, and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, pause, or change parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, provider changes, or product improvement.

*10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that reading. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

*11. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

*12. Governing law and contact
