Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of iNatalis, a personalised digital astrology reading service operated by iNatalis, registered at Bigla 25, Sofia, Bulgaria. By submitting birth details, viewing a preview, buying a reading, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

*1. What iNatalis provides

iNatalis prepares a personalised natal chart reading and 12-month forecast from the birth details you provide. The reading is delivered digitally as a private web page and, after unlock, as a downloadable PDF.

The service is interpretive and reflective. It is designed for personal insight and enjoyment, not as professional advice or a guarantee of future events.

*2. Your birth details

You are responsible for entering accurate birth date, birth time, birth place, name, and optional gender information. Birth time matters for the Ascendant and houses, so incorrect details can change the reading. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

*3. Who may buy a reading

You may buy a reading if you are legally able to make an online purchase in the country where you live. If someone else pays for your reading, you are responsible for making sure you have their permission to use that payment method.

*4. Price and payment

The price for a full reading is the price clearly shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Payment is a one-time purchase processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

Our payment processor provides payment infrastructure. iNatalis remains responsible for the customer relationship, support, delivery, refunds, and tax or accounting obligations unless a different merchant-of-record arrangement is introduced and shown to you.

*5. Delivery and access

After you submit birth details, we generate a private preview. After payment, the full reading is unlocked through a private link. Delivery normally takes a few minutes, but may take longer if hosting, payment, email, geocoding, or generation providers are delayed.

• Keep your private report and unlock links safe.
• Do not publish another person's reading without permission.
• If an email does not arrive, check spam and contact support with your report link or checkout email.

*6. Refunds and cancellations

Readings are personalised digital content generated from your submitted details. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. We review fair requests, especially where delivery fails, a duplicate payment occurs, or a technical fault prevents access.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

*7. No professional advice

iNatalis readings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, career, relationship, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. For professional matters, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

*8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt or scrape the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, resell readings as your own product, submit another person's data without permission, or use iNatalis in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

*9. Intellectual property

You may keep, download, print, and privately share the reading prepared for you. The iNatalis brand, software, design, prompts, templates, website content, and non-user materials remain owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reused, or republished except where law allows.

*10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep iNatalis available, secure, and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, pause, or change parts of the service for maintenance, security, provider changes, or product improvement.

*11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iNatalis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, speculative, or unforeseeable losses. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that reading. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

*12. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

*13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with applicable European Union consumer protection law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to support@inatalis.com.
